When can I sign up? ⌄
MicroProviders Care relaunches in autumn 2026. Register your interest — it only takes your name and email — and we’ll send you one message the moment it’s live. Your 30-day free trial starts whenever you join.
Is there really no contract? ⌄
That’s the plan: pay month to month and cancel whenever you like, and your account simply stops renewing. The full subscription terms — including how billing, cancellation and your statutory cancellation rights work — will be presented at sign-up.
Are there limits on clients or visits? ⌄
We don’t plan to limit the number of clients, visits, invoices or assessments on the membership. £4.99 a month is the launch price; if we ever need to change it we’ll tell existing members in advance and you’d be free to cancel.
Do I pay extra for new features? ⌄
That’s not the plan — we aim to keep adding features and to include them in the membership. Some things are still on the roadmap rather than built, including online payments and the Xero integration.
How does the free trial work? ⌄
From launch, every account will start with a 30-day free trial: add your real clients and visits and try the features, with nothing to pay for the first 30 days. Cancel before day 30 and you won’t be billed. Exactly how the trial and billing work will be set out in the subscription terms at sign-up.
Will this help with my tax? ⌄
That’s the intention. Many micro providers complete one Self Assessment return a year, and from launch, keeping your income and expenses in MicroProviders Care will give you a running estimate and your figures sorted by HMRC category. Making Tax Digital for Income Tax applies by qualifying income — over £50,000 from April 2026, over £30,000 from April 2027 and over £20,000 from April 2028 — and the product will switch to quarterly updates if you pass the threshold. It’s general information, not tax advice: check your own position with HMRC or an accountant.
Is my data safe? ⌄
We take it seriously. Information will be stored securely, with encryption in transit and access controls, and handled in line with UK GDPR — see our Privacy Policy. No system can be guaranteed completely secure, and we’ll publish the product’s data protection terms before launch.
